Cancellation & Refund Policy – Malkari Technologies

We ensure high-quality NFC products and digital services.
Due to the nature of our products, refunds are limited.

✔ 1. Digital Profile

Digital vCard profile is activated instantly after payment.
Since it is a digital service, it cannot be cancelled or refunded once activated.

✔ 2. Physical NFC Product Refunds

NFC products (Sticker / PVC / Premium Cards) are custom encoded for your profile.
Once encoded, they cannot be reused, resold, or returned.
However, we still offer a fair partial refund policy:

✔ Refund Eligibility (Up to 50%)

A partial refund up to 50% may be provided in cases of:

• Wrong item shipped
• Product damaged in transit
• Non-delivery due to logistics issues
• Manufacturing defect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Unboxing video or photos
• Reason for refund request

We will deduct:

• NFC hardware cost
• Encoding charges
• Shipping charges

The remaining amount (up to 50%) will be refunded.

✔ 3. No Refund Cases

Refund is not applicable if:

• NFC card/sticker is damaged by user
• Product has been written/encoded
• Wrong profile information was entered by customer
• Customer changes mind after activation
• Customer provides incorrect address

✔ 4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.

✔ 5. Replacement Policy

If the item is defective or not working:
We offer free replacement for manufacturing defects within 7 days.
